Is There Any Treatment For Pilonidal Sinus Problem After Being Operated Four Times For The Same ?

I have been suffering from Pilonidal sinus from last 7 years and treated 4 times with major surgery but it reoccurs again and bleeding with pus comes again and again. What is solution now. Please help me
