Is There Any Side Effects Of Censpram?

Sir, I am suffering from the Anxiety and my doctor has put me on the censpram. I feel my mouth dry is it because of taking up the medicine. Also the legs tingles. For the nerve strongness, the Doctor has prescribed me Magneuron capsule. Please advise.

Censpram (escitalopram) can cause a side effect where your mouth becomes dry. This is called as xerostomia. This is a relatively minor side effect. If it is extreme, then you can ask your physician for a change in drug. Or else you can manage with simple measures like trying chewing gum/lozanges once in a while to ward off the dryness.
I hope it is the Meganeuron capsules that you have been prescribed. If it is Meganeuron then you can certainly take it for your leg symptoms.
