Is There Any Side Effects From Using Vasograine Tablet For Migraines?

Hello doctor ,I have been suffering from migraine for last 10 years. Whenever I get migraine I am using Vasograine tablet to get relief from pain for last 10 years. My question is , is there any bad effects by using the tablet such a long time? And tell me the best medicine for migraine. Thank you doctor

Here are the side effects of taking Vasograin. Vasograin is made up of ergotamine:
Numbness and weakness
Irregular heart rate
Muscle pain
Weakness
Headaches, vision problems
