Is There Any Side Effect Of Taking Regestron 5mg ?

Hello Doc, I never use any meds as touch wood, I hardly ever fall sick. For the first time in my life I took Regestron 5mg yesterday night, today morning and will continue for 3 more days as I have to participate in a long awaited family Havan day after tomorrow. I am 30 & single. Can you tell me possibilities of what all can go wrong by taking this med ? Is there a diet I should follow eg. keep away from heat food like mango or papaya etc. ? What can be the side effects of taking this med like any change in my body or moods may happen ?

Regestron will help you to postpone your periods for as long as you want. There are usual side effects like nausea, headache, moodiness, depression, stomach sickness etc., associated with the pill use. Not every woman experiences all of these. Rarely you might have breakthrough bleeding while being on the pills (if used for prolonged duration).
There is no specific diet restriction.
