Is There Any Side Effect For Herbalife For Weight Reduction?
i am 26 yrs old male i am taking herbalife for weight reduction for past 1month and reduced 4kgs. but it not reduced abdoman. belly fat is still not reduced. now i am taking activated fibre and cellu loss. is it safe or it will cause any side effect in future.

There are no much clinical studies which suggests any harmful effects for herbalife. However it is not advisable to reduce weight all of a sudden. Belly fast is the first to come and last to go, so it will take time to get your belly fat to reduce.
