Is There Any Remedy For Severe Pain In Legs And Knees After C-section?

hi can you please tell me about my whole legs pain and too much pain in knees

my c section done on 15 oct 2013 and after this i feel too much pain in my knees and whole legs thats why too much difficult to walk
please help me what can i do

Pain in knees and whole legs after childbirth occurs most likely due to defeciency of calcim and vit d3. Taking calcium and vitamin D 3 supplements will help in early recovery. You can get these prescribed from your orthopedician.Hot water fomentation to back 2-3 times a day and applying a local analgesic gel on the affected area will also help in providing a relief.
