neurologist and take a fresh
MRI and compare the old & new MRI to figure out the changes in it.
post that as your neurologist will feel you may be advised to meet a speech therapist. who will surely help to the height of getting your speech back.

also to mention, do regular breathing exercises, and
meditation . as breathing exercises will help improve the
