Is There Any Other Method Other Than Laproscopy To Remove Cyst In A Diabetic Patient ?

Hello doctor , i m ankita 19 yrs 5.3 ft n weight 61 kg, i have a 2.4 cc cyst at right overy, what are method for removed this another than laproscopy. I am dibitic also.

Hi.
A cyst can be removed laparoscopically or by an open conventional operation. However, in your case, the basic question is what's the indication for removal of the cyst? In my opinion, if the cyst is not giving trouble, it need not be removed. The cyst may be monitored by doing serial ultrasound scans at appropriate intervals (as advised by your gynaecologist) and further management planned accordingly.

You should immediately approach a Gynecologist so that she can take care of your problem...get an emergency scan of your abdomen done...it could be some infection the cyst of a torsion...which should be treated on an emergency basis. Laparoscopy can also be done for this
