Is There Any Other Alternative To Surgery For Tarsal Tunnel Syndrome?

I was diagnosed with Tarsal Tunnel (NOT CARPAL) Syndrome in both feet. I have not had surgery due to the cost. I take 300 mg. of Gabapentin 3X/day and 100 mg. of Tramadol 3X day. If I do not take the medications, I cannot walk at all! The pain is never fully gone....I am miserable. What can I do??????????

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
If you do not keep the habit of tolerating the pain then no drug will work nicely and if you go tolerating the pain then simple analgesic like Ibuprofen would work very nicely try it and bear the pain as long as you could and then see the result, have nice day.
