Dear sir

Narcotic pain medicines should be used cautiously in patients with gastroperesis as it might induce nausea and profuse vomitting.

secondly the most common drug is tramadol, which is used as pain relieving drug in most of the condition. but it is a schedule h drug which needs proper prescription to use it. As you are saying she is diabetic and on dialysis, it needs monitoring and consultation.

Thanks
