Is There Any Need Of Taking Any Medicine For Making My Period Regular ?

I missed my period this month, it is 12 days more than my expected period. I took pregnancy test which says Negative . I dont have any symptoms of pregnancy. Do i need to take any medicine for making my period cycle regular, should i undergo for any test?

if u have unprotected sex then chance of pregnancy is there
better to consult gynecologist
u can do preg test again
u need not to have its symptoms from first month
sometime due to stress or any reason period may delay up to 15 day
