Hi Maria, Thanks for posting your query I understand your concern for fair complection There are creams available which may give two or three tones lighter skin by removing superficial tanning but not change colour drastically You may use the following: A sunscreen with UVA and UVB protection to be applied during the day , half an hour before you go out and repeat every 3 hours this prevents tanning and sun damage Apply kojic acid or glycolic creams at night , to start with apply for two hours then increase it to overnight slowly oral Vit C,E, beta carotene supplements will give antioxidant effect.
