u can take multivitamin tab like zincovit only
never take steroid drug as it will gain ur weight to extend ,u will not reduce it.
so be careful while taking drugs
i advise to avoid drug as far as possible
eat high fat diet like ghee ,oil ,etc
eat more and regularly
be relax and do yoga and exercise
ur input must be more then output to gain weight
this will take some time but its very safe and efffective
