Hi Ayush;
welcome to HealthcareMagic
Mastrubation as such is a healthy unless you are doing it in excess or as a habit.When you do in excess there can be loss of concentration;weak feeling.The loss of excitement and tightness of penis is different problem it is more a mental problem.Since you are not married there is always apprehension about what will be the consequences after sex;you also have to hide from people.Fear of being seen with a partner ;getting pregnant;are always there which make a first timer a little disturbed which can lead to these symptoms.Now when you have with your partner with you be relaxed;make a good foreplay & when your erection is hard then start intercourse .Presently what you have is just anxiety & it does not require any medicines.Try as advised.
Take care.
