Is There Any Medication For Cough Due To Lung Infection?
My mother is suffering from continuous caugh and often getting fver also. She is having lung infection it seems. She has been asked to visit a pulmonologist. Could you please claify what exactly is the problem. And any medicine she can take for controlling the caugh.

I feel you should get her sputum examined if she has any expectoration as her cough as not subsided and get the appropriate treatment after the culture of the sputum sample. As she may have developed resistance to few drugs.
Please take her to the pulmonologist again and get her evaluated again.
