Is There Any Hope Of Recovery?

I have a 25 year old friend, that had a cardiac arrest, she was flat-line for 40minutes, the response team reanimated her, she was ventilated and now is in coma with a anoxic encephalopathy breathing with no ventilator support (traqueostomy). Is there any hope of recovery, any place in the world, that can restore the dead brain cells (stem cells?)?
