hi there
am dr.surendiran
nice to meet you in hcmagic Regular care is more effective than one-time treatments. “Have hot oil therapy once a week. Brush the hair to get rid of impurities. Heat sesame seed (til) oil or olive oil and apply on the hair. If the hair is dry and damaged, pure coconut oil or pure almond oil may be applied. Using your finger tips, massage the scalp gently in small rotating movements. This helps improve blood circulation to the follicles, boosting hair growth. Follow it up with a hot towel wrap
To tame frizzy and curly hair
Honey yogurt mask: Mix in a bowl half cup honey, half cup yogurt, 3 drops of Rosemary essential oil, and 1 tablespoon almond oil. Massage deep into hair from root ends. Leave it on for 1 hour and then shampoo it out. This mask will help you tame frizzy hair.
For natural conditioning
The egg mask: Scramble two eggs with two teaspoons of water, and work the mixture into damp hair. Let it soak in for 15 minutes before you wash your hair. The proteins in the mask make it excellent for hair shine and growth
hope helped your query

Hai tracy!

Have a great day ahead.. Well, I could understand that its quite worrisome when there is much hair falling out. I would suggest you the Homeopathy remedy Ashwini hair oil, which helps in many cases. Moreover, try using Root combs with rounded edges. One small tip is start combing your hair as you remove your plaits if you have habit of putting plaits. This reduces tangling a lot and prevents much hair fall. Increase curry leaves in your food intake. You can powder and keep them and add to your food. This works really good. Then enrich your oil with hibiscus dry petals. In course of time you can see your hair getting a dark tinge and less of greying!..

Hello,
Thanks for posting your query.

Premature graying hair could also be linked to some autoimmune and genetic conditions.
A lack of the copper mineral in your body can lead to loss of hair color and premature gray hair because copper is directly related to the hair follicles' ability to continue producing color. Increase your copper intake through diet – avocados, lentils, almonds, mushrooms, garlic, and soy products – or supplementation.
Beef up the protein. Be sure to eat protein-rich foods such as lean meat, soy, whole grains, eggs, and cereals.
Boil a few amla (Indian gooseberry) pieces in coconut oil till they turn black. Apply this mixture on your hair to cure premature graying of hair naturally at home.
Grate the ginger, and mix it with a spoon of honey to eat this mixture everyday to treat premature graying of hair naturally.
Be strong as iron. Each day, eat foods rich in iron, minerals, and vitamins A and B, such as green leafy vegetables, bananas, tomatoes, liver, yogurt, kidney beans, dried apricots, oysters, eggs, and sunflower seeds.
Take a pinch of salt. Iodine, most commonly found in table salt, is essential for the production of melanin.
Make a paste of henna powder, yogurt, and fenugreek seeds (also known as methi seeds). Or use methi seed powder, coffee, basil juice, and mint juice. Apply to hair, let sit for three hours, then shampoo hair.

Regards.

*Incorporate protein rich diet like soy, whole grains, curd, eggs and cereals into your meal planner.
*Have diet rich in iron, minerals and vitamins. Few to be named are bananas, yogurt, beans, green leafy vegans, eggs, oysters etc.
*Iodine helps in preserving the melanin of hair. So, include iodine rich salt in your daily diet.
*Grate ginger and put it in a honey mixture. Take the one teaspoon of mixture every day.
*Juices of capsicum, carrot, lettuce and alpha-alpha helps to treat copper deficiency and thus prevents graying of hair.
*Application of onion paste before taking bath is a good home remedy to turn grey hair black.
