Hi, my name is Lenah and I come from Papua New Guinea. My friend's daughter has been diagnosed of Mitral Valve stenosis and has been in and out from the hospital for a long time now. Things went worse when she gave birth to a baby last year who is now a year old.The doctors have restricted her to certain types of food and fruits to take. she is always weak when her sugar level falls and also short of breath.
