Is There Any Doctor Available To Analyse This Report?

I am hypertensive for the past 10 yrs taking prolomet xl 25 mg and losar h , i did my 2d echo in nov 2011 and it showed Grade I MR. LVEF is 55% and RVEF is 50%. Also shown is Type 1 Diastolic dysfunction. I get skipped heartbeats quite often during the day. What should i do?

Thank you for posting your question. I can understand your concern.

Let me help you.

1. Both ventricular ejection fractions are absolutely Normal.
2. The mild diastolic dysfunction you have is due to the hypertension ( high BP)

But this is an old report.

I will suggest you to get a repeat Ecg and ECHO done . Keep in touch with your doctor for regular BP check ups. Don't worry about the skipped beats . They will be picked up by the EKG.

Post any other query you have.
