Your son has 35-40 pus cells in urine which is suggestive of infection in urine and to treat the infection he requires antibiotics. As for the treatment and the proper antibiotic and the dosage please consult a Paediatrician.

Pediatrician, Infectious Diseases Dr. Hema Yadav's  Response
Hello
welcome to healthcareMagic
More than ten pus cells and occ.blood in urine are definite signs of urine infection.
This occurs due to lack of effective hygiene ,less water intake or sometimes urinary tract abnormalities which promote growth of pathogenic organisms like bateria in urine.
Treatment os a full course of antibiotics preferabllly after confirming the causative organism by a urine culture test.kindly visit a pediatrician for the same.
Thank you.
