Is There Any Cure For Travelers Constipation?
Hi there! This is a bit embarrassing but I suffer from travellers constipation, I think its a mental thing I cant relax in strange bathrooms when I have to share with others, how can I fix myself?? Its so frustrating and affects my life because I just don't want to go anywhere any more.

Hi,
Taking preventive measures to not become infected is a good thing.
If you go to bathroom, then, you can disinfect the toilet and place some toilet papers covering the toilet before sitting to pass the motion.
Some people use not to sit when passing the motion. Wash your hands thoroughly and disinfect after.
