Is There Any Chance Of Me Having Trichonomas Without Symptoms But Partner Having Symptoms?
hello! my pregnant girlfriend went to the hospital and was told that she has trichonomas and I apparently gave it to her,but I haven't cheated on her. we've been together going on 4 months. Is there any possible way that I could've had trichonmonas all that time without any symptoms,but my girlfriend having symptoms?

Sometimes Trichomonas is asymptomatic in men. However, sometimes the infection can be present for several years. I could have been acquired from a previous sexual partner and not necessarily from you. It doesn't mean that anyone cheated. This is a common concern among people diagnosed with trichamonas.
