Is There Any Chance Of STD After Oral Sex?

Hi I'm Chris I recently engaged in oral with another man. He had no condom on and didn't ejaculate in my mouth but i came in contact with Precum. Im uncertain if he's HIV positive but he says he's not. I also have a current mouth ulcer. Is there any risk of infection ? Thank you.

There is a potential risk for HIV infection if your partner is HIV infected and your mouth ulcer has come in contact with precum. To put yourself at ease, get a HIV-RNA PCR done. I will also advise you to take post-exposure prophylaxis for HIV infection. After 6 weeks also get an HIV antibody test done.
