Is There Any Better Medicine Than Paternia For Improving Sperm Motility Rate?

Dear Doctor,
My Name is Gagan. I am 36 yrs old married for 5 years. My wife conceived in 2010 but the issue got miscarried in 4th month. It happened all of a sudden since the previous routine test done by the gynae one week back was perfect. On advise of gynae, I did sperm analysis and found that sperm motility rate was average. (the report gave the count of 2 out of 4). I was told this to be reason for miscarriage along with wife' LH & FSH levels. The hormonal report of the issue provided the count of 21. We both are on medication now and I am taking paternia tablets. How soon can it help? Is there any better medicine than paternia? Please suggest. Thanks and regards.
