Hi,

Welcome to HCM.

Since you are always no junk food your problem always come back. You have no choice other than changing your food habits.Once you do it you can see tremendous and beneficial changes in your health. You have to stop on junk food and start of with healthy and nutritious food.Add lots of fresh fruits and vegetables in your diet.Avoid oily fried food.Any medicine you take whether ayurvedic or homeopathic medicine, food habits must be changed.

Take care.

Hello
Welcome to HealthcareMagic.
Your reports appear to be normal but your symptoms suggest IBS which is a irritable bowel sun syndrome.Your stressful and unhealthy lifestyle is mainly responsible for it.
Dont worry. It is never too late.first of all try to minimise junk food if u can't totally avoid it.eat less
Oily options like sandwiches, idli etc.
Try to drink plenty of water and exercise or at least brisk walk for half an hour daily.you may benefit from yoga also.
