Ayurveda Specialist 's  Response
1. treatment imparted will not be given to hirsutism as advised/suggested but to the underlying disorder i.e. PCOS.
2. was PCOS diagnosed by your Physician or is it self labelled?
3. have you checked your Thyroid Profile and Blood sugar level?
4. probable pathology is in the pelvis (Apan Vayu Area), leading to accumulation of toxins.
5. thus treatment offered by any Ayurveda Physician will be directed towards clearing the obstruction, normalising the metabolism and regulating the menstrual system.

Hi !
Welcome to Healthcare Magic
Getting treated Homoeopathically or through other alternative medicines for Hersutism is going to be a time taking process. Firsty you get your Hormone levels checked and get it corrected through Allopathy and further for maintaining the normal levels and for PCOD and menstrual irregularities you can start with the Homoeopathic treatment.

Thanks and take care.

welcome to healthcaremagic
from an Ayurvedic perspective hirsutism is a kind of paittika disorder,
the excess hair in women representing a male characteristic; thus using
bitter cooling herbs to act on the liver can be helpful to conjugate
and eliminate excess hormones; kapha also plays a role here, primarily
when obesity is an underlying factor, and thus langhana (lightening)
therapies are recommended; vata too, plays a role, in promoting the
neoruoendocrinal dysfunction that results in hirsutism, especially when
there is no obesity
to treat this condition you will need to direct your attention to the
symptoms associated with each dosha,
a medium term focus to reestablish a normal menstrual cycle with herbs
that support the feminine essence (e.g. Shatavari, Peony, Dang gui)
with liver herbs should restore things to normal..

Welcome to Healthcaremagic Forum

The hormonal status has to be corrected, or else this hair growth wil not reduce.
You can take homeopathic remedies, safely for hirsutism and PCOD.
Meanwhile, threading , waxing, light bleach are good (temprory) solutions.

ENT Specialist Dr. Naveen Kumar's  Response
Hi Naheed Shamsi,

Welcome to HealthcareMagic Forum
Please consult your gynecologist and start on medicines as soon as possible. The hirsuitism is secondary to Poly cystic ovarian disease. First you try with allopathic medicine and if you are not getting better you can as well try with ayurveda also. But consult soon and start medications, do not delay.
Take care

Dr. Naveen Kumar
