Infertility Specialist Dr. Abhishek S. Parihar's  Response
Dear friend
According to this report of semen analysis morphologically normal sperms are less than normal(9% in your case)which should be more than 30%(according to strict criteria >14%).As of now u should get your semen analysis repeated from a standard laboratory takin all necessary precautions. If in next report also percentage of morphologically normal sperms are low,u should go for intrauterine insemination(IUI) because chances of natural conception is low.Morphologically normal sperms r very important for natural fertilization.Get your wife investigated from a gynecologist for presence of associated infertility factors if any.All d best .

Hello
Welcome to HealthcareMagic
Evaluation of both partners necessary for getting treated for Infertility. By this report seems good chances for conception unless there problems in partner.
Have a Healthful Day..
