Is There Any HIV Risk In Non Penetrative Sex?

Hi doc. I have a question about an incident that occurred to me 8 days ago. I haven t been sexually active in the past couple years. Only had very few sexual partners and tested negative last summer. Last week after working out at the gym, my gym partner invited me to his car and to make a long story short we traded unprotected blowjobs for about 10 to 15 mins. we didn t ejaculate, but I m sure some precum was present. I regret terribly what I did since now I m feeling anxious about the chances of having contracted Hiv. There were no open sores or cuts. Only thing is that I had a cold two weeks prior that but at that time I was already feeling fine. Don t know his hiv status but I m afraid he does this with al lot of guys :/

Even if someone has no signs and symptoms of HIV, they may be transmitting the disease if they are in active infective phase. Please go and check for HIV in lab again.
