Is There A Treatment For VKH Syndrome?

25 yrs 5 3 My boss had woken up one day and couldnt see anything. All she can see (and still see) are shadows. She can t see facial gestures, just shadows. She had gone to the doctor s and diagnosed her with VKH syndrome. Is there any way that she can be treated for this and reverse what happened or repair her nerves. We heard about bionic eyes and aren t sure about that whole idea. We are really seeking guidance and advice on any solution. Thank you
