My father is restoring an automobile and has developed a skin rash. A friend said that it looks like paint poisoning. He s been to his doctor a couple times now but they can t seem to figure out the issue. Is there a rash that is associated with pain poisoning?

Hi,

There is no system like paint poisoning, he might be suffering from chronic allergic contact dermatitis which need to be treated with topical steroids for few days and avoidance of allergan. Patch testing is needed to find out the exact allergan.

Hope it helps. If you have any other question please do not hesitate to contact us.
