i had a vaginal sex with sex worker in kolkata three dayas back. though i used condom and withdraw our penis before ejaculation and she ejaculated me with her hand wearing the same condom. i doubt some vaginal fluid might be exposed to outer skin of penis. at the time i was not fully undressed and wear the same dress again. should i be worried for hiv infection?
Thanks for asking to HCM.I understand your concern Brief Answer:Little risk is there. In my opinion you need not be worried much. Detailed Answer: According to me,if the given history is true, protected sex with HIV infected individual(assume that sex worker is HIV +ve) carries very minimal( less than 1%) risk of getting infected, provided the condom didn't strip or tear and no contact of vaginal fluid with cut skin surface or any bleeding lesion had occured.I would suggest you anyway to visit your physician or STD(Sexually Transmitted Diseases) clinic for counselling and HIV tests if needed in order to be 100% safe.Hope i have answered your question. If any further questions, wish to answer.Take care.
