Is There A Permanent Solution For Pimples Due To Oily Face?

Hi, I m 28 years old boy. I have pimples on my face from many years. My skin is oily. Currently I m using Clinikoskin gel which was suggested by my doctor, he had also given tablets which I stopped in fear of side effects after 3 months. Usually pimples are reduced until I take tablets. If I stop to take tablets I get back pimples on my face. Could you pls suggest me permanent solution. Also I would prefer cream/ ointment instead of tablets. Also suggest me suitable face wash and a face cream to my face. Thank you.

Hi,

As you said you suffer from acne vulgaris. You took tablets, but stopped due to doubt of side effects. I would like to say that please take tablets of azithromycine thrice a week for few months, which is safe.

And apply clindamycine gel on lesions at night. Have face wash like acmed for cleansing the face.

Avoid stress and anxiety. Avoid oily food. And have patience for the good result. You may get good result after few months.
