To detoxify your system , do regular walk, and increase your activity level. Exercises from head to toe & Yoga postures , Dhanurassan ,Bhujjangassan , Vajjarassan pranayam -- deep breathing , which open up you airways-,alley affctions & inflammations anywhere and give resistance fron diseases
Avoid processed foods carbs , sugar , fried ,fast foods , Tea , coffee ,alcohol and
smoking , stress ,
sleeplessness and
Constipation all will produce biochemical and metabolic conditions in your body that will decrease your immunity.
