Is There A Home Remedy For Bowel Movement Problem?

I have been unable to have a bowel movement today and have been cramping for the past 4 hours. Usually I have no problems with bowel movements. I haven t been vomiting, but my stomach is beginning to be a little upset. Is there a home remedy that I could use. I have been drinking lots of water. I am 77 years old.

tab itopride

both bd for 5 days to regularize your bowels.
for home remedy you may use ispaghula husk.
