Is There A Chance Of Internal Bleeding Or Concussion After Head Injury?
A friend of mine went cycling earlier on today and bumped into the curve of the road. Resulting in them falling straight over the front of the bike and hitting their head on the pavement. They sustained a cut where they hit the pavement fully above their right eye. What's the possibility of internal bleeding or concussion?

Vision changes
Nausea
Balance problems
Weakness in an arm or a leg
Loss of consciousness
Without any of those, then there likely is no problem here, but your friend should still see a doctor for an evaluation
