Hi Poooja Vohra
Welcome to HealthcareMagic.
There are no specific treatment in blindness secondary to meningitis. The treatment and prognosis depend on the type of damage causing blindness.
Blindness after meningitis is a rare complication but when it occurs damage occurs in brain , so it is difficult to revert back.
However , you should try seeing a neurologist and Optholmologist near your area and get a detailed evaluation.
Hope I answered your question. If you need more information feel free to mail me.
Take care
