Welcome to Healthcare Magic
Most of these drugs cause side effect of headache. Since INR is not very stable it is dangerous and headache could be related but since CT scan showed no bleed then no immediate worry. Regular monitoring of INR is usually required since her INR is fluctuating. Otherwise low molecular weight heparin are quite good and do not require much monitoring but expensive. It could be due to tension as well. She needs to get evaluated my Neurologist for Migraine as well, especially if she gets more headache on hearing loud noise or seeing bright lights, back neck pain, vomiting sensation.
