Is The Urge To Urinate Related To Migraine?

I am 52 years old lady. since last 4-5 days, I am having frequent urination with an inflammation in lower abdomen with frequent urge to urinate. Sometimes it is accompanied by involuntary leakage.

Background: I had some severe headaches 1 month back and I was on medication by my neurologist. The medicines are "valance OD" and "Zapiz 0.25mg" which I am taking since last 1 month.
Dr said it was because of Migraine.
Then I came to Apollo Delhi and they said to stop these medicines. I stopped them yesterday. And i started another tablet suggested by them "Tryptodyne".

Right now, i am in deep pain because of this urge of urination and pain in lower abdomen.

Please help!!

The urge of urination and pain in lower abdomen is unlikely to be related to your headache. The problem is likely to be in your urinary bladder or urinary tract. Kindly see a Urologist
