Hi dear, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. Discordant growth or difference in growth in twins is a common complication of twin pregnancy . It can be due to unequal blood supply to the twins, genetic predisposition or unequal placental share.
I will suggest you to get a doppler ultrasound done to assess the blood supply to the twins and get further management accordingly.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
