Is The Semen Analysis Report Normal?

Hi can you please let me know is the below report normal? Quantity : 2ml Appearance : gray white Viscosity : normal Coagulam/liquificataion: NOrmal Fructose : present Ph : alkaline sperm count 90 mil/ml Sperm motility : 70% Grade i( WHO grade D) : 10 % min forward progression Grade ii( WHO grade c) : 20 % poor to fair activity Grade iii( WHO grade B) : 30 % good activity with tail movements visualized Grade iv( WHO grade A) : 40 % full activity with tail difficult to visualize Abnormal forms : Few Puss cells : 2-3 /hpf Epethelial cells: 1-2 /hpf RBC: absent fat globules : Absent

Thanks for writing to HCM

Your semen analysis report suggests infection.This is indicated by the presence of pus cells,epithelial cells. Normally there shouldn't be any pus cells in semen.
Infection may be due to prostatitis,UTI etc.
You need antibiotics for infection.
Other investigation like routine hemoram,RBS,Ultrasound of pelvis should be done.Trans rectal sonography of prostate can be done if needed.
Rest of the findings like count,motility,morphology are normal.
