SLUGGISHLY MOTILE 20%

PUS CELLS 0-2/HPF
EPITHELIAL CELLS NIL

Hello and welcome to HCM,
The interpretation of the semen analysis report is as follows:
The physical attributes- viscosity and pH are within normal limits.
The sperm count which is 32 million per ml are also within normal limits.
A normal sperm count is 20 million per ml and above.
The motility of 60% is also within normal limits.
Atleast 50% sperms should show rapid progressive linear motion.
Presence of pus cells suggests presence of infection.

Thus, there is presence of infection in the urine sample.
You need to consult your doctor with report for prescription of antibiotic.
The semen analysis should be repeated after completion of the antibiotic course.
