hi,
Thank you for posting your query in Health Care Magic and i understand your concern.
Having such a high count of pus cells in urine suggests
urinary tract infection , considering that 2-3 pus cell per high power field is normal.
It would be good if you also considered getting a routine blood test done along with urine culture,
ultrasonography of the kidney-
urinary bladder and also a renal function test to rule out the renal causes of the high pus cell count.
Since you mention that you are a known hypertensive on medication its helpful if you get the above mentioned tests done and consult with a physician to rule out the involvement of kidneys and
high blood pressure complications.
Meanwhile you can take a course of antibiotics like
azithromycin 500 mg two times a day after food , also drink lots of water .
Your blood pressure is slightly on the higher side, consult your physician for modification in the dose.
Hope this answers your query, pls get back to me with your results so that i will be able to help you better.
Wish you good health.
Take care.
