Hello,
Hymen dose not rupture so easily. Trauma with the finger nails is a possibility. Please get an opinion from a specialist through visual impression and get proper treatment. Rest to the part, use of antibiotic to prevent infection are necessary. Please do not repeat such processes without proper precautions in future. Do not douche or use strong soap solutions to clean the genital region. Do not use tampons, instead, use sanitary pads. Hope you find this information useful. Take care.
