Is The Hole In The Ear Curable?
I had problem with air, discharge liquid, in the childhood. now heavy noice due to hole in the ear, then I went to ent surgery in aug 2010. 6 month ok after that i had problem. I thought my ears were cured. But again the hole is there, now the doctor again for surgery. Is it curable one... ?

If there is hole in the drum then the ear drums can be treated by surgery only.
YOu need to see that whether you have cough and cold , or you are not lifting heavy weights for initial 3 months of surgery.
The way of doing surgery is important and also the post operative care is also important.
YOu can discuss with your doctor to repeat the surgery and this time can put a cartilage piece also , it is called cartilage tympanoplasty . I do it this way if some failure case from other place comes to me.
