Is The Heart Rate Normal?

Hi,I've been weight training and wearing a heart rate monitor (made by Polar). I rest about 90seconds in between sets and perform about 8-12 reps. It says my average heart rate is 127 for an hour work-out. My max was apparently 208. I didn't feel dizzy or exhausted or anything like that. I actually felt fine. I am 28 years old and I smoke.

Hello,
As you are doing regular training and doing workout for an hour or so, this heart rate is normal, so you need not to worry about that, but if you feel giddiness or palpitation, then you need to consult a physician, otherwise you are doing absolutely fine.
Hope this will help and feel free to ask anything to me directly.
