Is The Hard Knot At The Base Of The Head The Cause For Pain In The Ear And Dizziness?

I have a hard knot at the base of my head on the right side. It has been there a while, but recently sends sharp pains in the right ear. I have also recently been having dizziness. Could these be related and is this something to be concerned about?

Hello and welcome.
Thanks for sharing your concern.

Since when do you have this lesion that you have mentioned?since there is referred pain in the ear and jaw you must meet your ENT specialist once and get an x ray done for that.

Please do not delay much as it may lead to undue pressure on jaw and ear leading to numbness.

Hope it helps.
Thanks.
Take care.
