Puss cells as you have mentioned it seems in urine can never be good for health ,but 10-12 puss cells do not have significant value for labelling it as UTI so you need not worry regarding the issue only you can do is just take plenty of water which increase urine production and emission in this process all the toxic substances will be urinated out of your body and you will be free from any sort of minimal infection,
