Is The A Relationship Between Cystic Esophagus, Arthritis And Unexplained Bruises On Abdomen?

Over the last two years or so I've started getting bruises on the lower left side of my abdomen without any known injury. They started out sporadically but in the last few months have become more frequent. At least one every two weeks. Usually they are painless and small. But roughly the same area. I have Crohns but have been in remission for over three years (despite minimal symptoms, occasionally). I often have joint pain from what I think is arthritis. I also have a duplication cyst in my chest (esophagus, I believe) Just trying to give an overview.. in case it helps.

hello there!
Thank you for asking. Yes they can be connected. usually IBS has dermatologic manifestations and arthralgias are also common. I think you should consult a rheumatologist for connecting the dots to see if something serious pops up.

Good Luck
