Is The Oestrogen Patch That Was Given After Hysterectomy Causing Pain In Back?

Hi! I had a complete hysterectomy(ovaries, uterus, fallopian tubes, the works) on Feb 17, 2014. While I was in the hospital they gave me an estrogen patch (I have no idea what kind) and 1 week from the day I was to change my patch and start using Minivelle .05mg 2x a week. I have changed the patch a total of 4x (2 weeks worth) and for the past week and a half I have been experiencing excrutiating back, upper arms, and neck pain. My first dr. appt since the surgery isn t until March 13, due to my dr being on vacation. I took the patch off today because I know that has to be what is causing this pain. What should I do???? Is this normal--it can t be?!! I seriously can barely move my arms....HELP ME!!
