Is The ELISA Test Result Conclusive?

I had an unprotected sexual contact with sex worker about year ago(Sep 2010). I had taken ELISA test exactly after a year on Sep 22 2011. The result was negative. My ELISA value was 0.094 and cut-off range was Negative < 0.463 < Positive. Would like to know if this one test is conclusive or do i need to take furthur tests. Kindly advice

Elisa test is very sensitive test. And negative elisa is conclusive.if elisa is positive then you have to go for confirmatory test. but negative is conclusive.so, no any need of further testing. You are safe.
